Really easy process
I was given lots of information, 2 test drives and shown patience and courtesy throughout the process. The pick up was made special by the reveal, it was fun and exciting. Buying a new car should feel like a special occasion, well done!

Perturbed that low level oil was advised, despite regular owner checks. No oil level sensor problem identified. Noise at cold tickover apparently not apparent when checked, but still there when I listened.
