Formal complaint to follow regarding the diabolical treatment I received at the Grimsby branch. Numerous attempts to contact them prior to appointment to clarify what was required- no response. No courtesy call to again try to clarify. See below

On meeting Tiffany I immediately felt that she was a friend. She has a lovely manner and I felt completely at ease. Far from a sales person that just wanted a sale but a very knowledgeable lady that wanted the best for her customer.
