Jordon was excellent. Always keeping me updated and extremely helpful with all paperwork. He also explained how the car tech worked and ensured I understood it.

No loan car available for my use whilst car in for service. Was helpful in picking up/dropping off my vehicle at home. When my mini brought back Gareth rang me to confess they forgot to valet car. No problem wasn't bothered. Windscreen wash empty!

Couldn't fault service from booking the service to collecting the car. It was worth the two hour drive to have it done. Everyone was very helpful and spent time explaining everything.

Very good experience. Marshall's Grimsby is fairly isolated so nothing much to do whilst you wait for your car. I had an excellent ride into town so I could do some shopping, and was kindly picked up from town when my car was ready. brilliant. ??
