Tiffany was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, all the way through the process. She was very thorough, taking great care to make sure I understood all aspects of driving my new car. Excellent customer service.

Jordan Davies was brilliant from the start. All the way from ordering to handover, he looked after everything. Everything was so easy and he updated me throughout the whole process. On top of that, he's an awesome guy and a credit to the team.

The car was handed over in a condition that didn't match a new car. It went in for a second valet and the car was in the same condition, the car had clearly been stored in a compound and the dirt was still evident. Also no call after to check in.

Excellent service when booking in a date to fit in with myself. Service engineers excellent and a very good video report with clear explanations. Problem with dropping the car off, I wasn't informed of the change of venue.
