From the salesperson, Jordan Davies to Mark the Mini manager along with the ladies on reception we felt as if they really cared. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble

I was very well looked after by the Mini centre. All aspects of the car was clearly explained. They were very patient with me and helpful while I was making my decision on the purchase of the vehicle. The staff were always very welcoming.

Everything was fine from start to finish except the engine bay had not been cleaned. After pointing this out it was booked in and sorted. The finish was brilliant

You've moved to a new premises for the servicing which is fantastic but yet again as you did when you extended the Laceby site you can't grasp the concept of customer parking. I don't expect to park my car on the side of a busy road.

Think they need to remember what the basics are. Husband took his car in less than a week later and even had his car valeted. Wasn't even asked and I had to phone before I left work to see if the car was ready. They'd had it since the day before
