Customer service done right, from start to finish

The car was taken on time as per appointment. We were asked if we wanted refreshment while we waited. Wendy Wells made a cracking cup of tea for us and chatted while we waited. The car was done in no time and the service was excellent.

At your prices I expect to be treated like a queen, I was left sat at a desk waiting ages to collect my keys, coffee would have been nice
