I was very satisfied, josh told me the day I would possibly be able to pick it up due to it being near the weekend and he kept to his word and my car was sat waiting for me in the show room (collecting new car room) so thank you
I was disappointed to be charged for one item even though I had the service care package. I was told that this item had been replaced at the time I purchased the car and the package only covered one replacement.
We were told we would have the car in 'a week to 10 days' but it took over a month. We were also told we would be refunded our deposit in '3 to 5 days' and it took 3 weeks and a lot of chasing.
