They made it so easy to arrange a collection and return of the car and it came back looking like new having had a wash and polish.
I was very satisfied with my car.

the loan car system seems to have reduced and we seem to have to wait 2-3 weeks before we can get booked in for a service.
Again, excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to take me home and pick me up after the service

The competition between motor manufactures is fierce, it is very difficult for any one to stand out above any other but Marshall Grimsby did just that. I drove in with a very noisy engine and no appointment, my problem fixed on the spot. Excellent

Called prior to service to see if any other work was required, completion of order of paint required for car. Provided information about a possible oil leak which will be looked at later in the year on their advice.
Grimsby were fine and exceptionally helpful but mini HQ need to review their products to prevent customers being mislead. If it wasn't for Neil in mini sales for taking the time to listen & resolve and Neil in the service it would be have been a sham
The front seat was repaired very well in the end, but it did take an extra week than expected due to the wrong part being ordered.

I was advised that the vehicle would be ready at approximately 15:00 hours. I arrived back at the service department and advised it would be 20 minutes until my vehicle was ready. I had to wait over an hour, without any explanation for the delay
Not able to take car on date agreed as told that due to a computer breakdown they were unable to take the car out of 'transport mode?'Went next day and Lee had everything in hand and had even arranged a bouquet of flowers for me, he saved the day!
Very good and easy to arrange, picked up my car on time, just all round good experience.
Overall very satisfied but the 2 hour hand over process was a little bit long.
My son who drives this car was left without a car to get to work for 2 days
Asked Mini Service to repair door seal this was not carried out nor was a follow up phone call made by Mini as discussed to remedy this

BOB (my Mini) needed some extra bits, not available until the next day, so was driven home and my Mini was delivered to my home the next day. Hassle-free! Thank you.
The front nearside side light had failed and was highlighted when starting up. There was no mention of this when I collected the car nor was it highlighted in the sheet of paper I was given. The service book was not stamped - it was on the front seat
