The front nearside side light had failed and was highlighted when starting up. There was no mention of this when I collected the car nor was it highlighted in the sheet of paper I was given. The service book was not stamped - it was on the front seat

I dropped the car for its MOT and then was informed it was down as a 'no show.' Even though it was sitting in the car park and I'd handed the keys to a member of staff and explained it was there for its MOT

Every person involved in my purchase from the sales executive to the sales manager was first class. Calls were always returned and any queries were resolved. They were able to price match another dealership too which meant being able to but locally.

Never get a call back when leaving a message. Always have to ring back at least once. Was told there were no courtesy cars available but when driver came to pick my car up he asked to leave his car (a BMW courtesy vehicle) in my drive for the day
